Billing Structure
- Year 1: 2,500,000 UGX covers complete system setup, configuration, initial data migration, and the first year of support
- Year 2+: 1,500,000 UGX per year for ongoing maintenance, support, monitoring, and system updates
- User Accounts: Maximum of 3 user accounts included. Each additional account is charged 200,000 UGX per year
- Renewal: Annual subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary date unless cancelled
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, with the option to resume support in the future
